What happened to the Rules of Engagement mantra? The lack of self control they display and reckless attitude also illustrates why the US has never won a war in recent times. Shoot first and ask questions later has always been their motto every since the seventh cavalry times. It begs the question, will they ever learn? A very interesting and detailed movie that gives a look at the effects of war on troops, civilians and enemy fighters. Again, the common people from all sides suffer the consequences of decisions made by people in high and safe places. This movie has the feel of a documentary and is much more effective because it has no recognizable Hollywood actors. The ending was a little disappointing because it did not show the resolution of the investigation and what happened to all involved.
