Soren Andersen Seattle Times A shaggy-dog documentary made on a shoestring, the ironically titled "Beaver Trilogy Part IV" examines how seductive and destructive can be the desire for fame. Rated: 2.5/4 Mar 17, 2016 Full Review Peter Debruge Variety Besser's obsessive feature-length follow-up documentary ultimately feels like a DVD featurette that spiraled ridiculously out of control. white b a really moving account of how the whole beaver trilogy unfolded. genuinely fascinating. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member So having seen this crazy thing called "the Beaver Trilogy", I watched a documentary about it that just came to Netflix called "The Beaver Trilogy Part IV" which explored the origins of the crazy thing, the unsuccessful film career of it's director, and what ever happened to the subject of the first part of the original film? It is decent and enjoyable, but I think it focused too much on the career of the director, when what is really interesting is what happened to the subject of the original part.
