Namrata Joshi Outlook Whether you like it or not will depend largely on your appetite for the weird. Every single character here is eccentric, does not belong to the mainstream but seems to inhabit the fringes. Rated: 3/4 Jan 10, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Can't believe missed it for this long time ! Nice little movie ! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Homi Adajania completely transports you into that eccentric, hyper energetic & some what crazy world of Parsis effectively in his directorial debut. One of its kind neo noir suspense/mystery thriller which completely hooks you in last 30 minutes with it's unexpected twist & turns. Salim Sulaiman's terrifyingly awesome b/g score keeps the tension intact while crisp camera work by Jehangir Chowdhary & editing by Anand Subaya & Jon Harris gives it a neo noir feel. Saif Ali Khan delivers one of his career best performances aided well by terrific Boman Irani, Simone Singh & Manoj Pahwa. Oh.....I just forgot marvelous acting by veterans like Honey Chhaya, Dimple Kapadia & Naseeruddin Shah. It's hard to believe that same director has directed shithead like Cocktail. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member A bold attempt at bringing subtlety to Indian cinema. I mean that in the best way possible. It's a movie that skillfully depicts the entrenched misery of unhappy families. A light take on a dark subject, it makes its point without laying heavy on the heart, for which the audience is grateful. Great performances from all the actors, but particularly from Saif Ali Khan and the ironically named Inspector Lovely. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Taut and Intelligent. This movie definately up's the ante for Indian art house thriller's.Top notch viewing this piece of work is. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member started out as a very interesting blend of different genres, and had a lot of potential - up to the point when it turned into a fairly predictable crime story with a very predictable twist Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Except for the end... I thought the rest was brilliant. Boman Irani plays the most believable eccentric Parsi character.. I guess more Indian film makers outta go this way!!
