01/24/2013 Great movie ! The original movie is a French version "Bienvenue chez les cht'i" (meaning "benvenuti al nord"), it is hillarious! You never know if remakes are going to be as good as the original, but this one is a hit! See more 10/30/2012 Very funny and chock-ful of irony, the film follows a predictable and structured comedy routine while exposing and capitalizing on Italian stereotypes along the way. See more @MilloTPue 10/14/2012 Reproduces the spirit of the original movie. Very good to have some laughs. See more 10/12/2012 everyone laughed in the cinema, especially the italians: a definite crowd-pleaser :D Bisio was funny to watch... See more 10/10/2012 Wonderfully-acted divisive italian comedy, playing up the stereotypes between the north and south. Bisio plays a middle-aged uppity manager who is forced to take up a 2 year post-office posting in southern Italy, due to miscalculated fraud in trying to land a job further north. His paranoid wife refuses to move down with him, but he ends up liking the hearty, laidback nature of the southerners a lot more than he'd feared. See more 07/29/2012 Criticabile sotto molti punti di vista, probabilmente. See more Read all reviews
