Audience Member The movie is simply brilliant. I genuinely would recommend everyone to see this movie. It is of a refreshing quality that most movies lack. The compassionate display of love throughout the film is one to be spoken of for centuries. This folks, is the peak of cinematography. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member The writers saw fit to needlessly shoehorn a Beowulf allegory into the story, confusing the audience instead of accentuating any parallels (there are none by the way). However, it's worth the wait to slog through the first 80 minutes of footage; the body count soars ridiculously high in the final 5 minutes. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the dumbest plots i have ever seen in a movie, and some of the most unlikable characters i have ever seen as well! F Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member You can really only critique Troma films to a certain extent; their nature, their essence of being is being a shitty, distasteful gorefest. However. Children at Play grows more interesting as it builds up, and acts as a total subversion of our moral standards. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member After Troll 2 this movie is the next best horrible movie. I mean, it's BAD. Nothing makes sense and children are straight up killed in a cleansing spree in what has to be the best scene ever. Totally awesome and worth the watch if you're will similarly-amused friends. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Its just a boring, unoriginal, and unscary version of children of the corn, the good part of the movie was the ending but still even 16 mins into the movie it gets boring and not suspenseful enough to care, stick to the toxic avenger movies Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Read all reviews
