Christopher J had some laughs but the acting kinda sucked and was a huge disapointment all together Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/25/24 Full Review Frank S Trigger warnings for bullying, psychopathy, and child abuse. This movie could have treated the theme of bullying effectively, but at times makes it look enjoyable and freeing. Tom Arnold is a bit, shall we say, too much of a natural for his role. I did not finish the movie. I was along for the ride, even with the absence of real humor. My walk-out moment? I stopped watching when he went from a gentle but inattentive father to a domestic terror. That his wife appreciated his bullying her and the kids, well, that too much glorifies and feeds into the self-justification that psychopaths are living their best life. It's too bad that Rick Moranis has this blemish on his otherwise excellent career. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review brian t This was an entertaining movie to watch, a kid who gets bullied and comes back to his hometown as an adult just to have the bullying continue. The comedy duo of Moranis and Arnold is a very unique combination. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Classic movie , I always go back to watch. It's under rated ! If you enjoy this movie give a rating too . Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I don't understand why this stupid website dunks on everything that isn't an "art" film or a foreign film lol. That's why normal ppl couldn't give a rats ass what any of you stuck up critics think! This is a good family movie to watch with your kids, but knowing who is actually criticizing this, I know you probably haven't even left your moms basements yet so no wonder you dunk on everything. If your a normal person and you laugh at normal things, and wanna watch a good 90s family comedy this is a good choice. Don't listen to these goons. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review terry w Underrated gem! One of the best comedies of the 90s. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
