If you are into weight lifting then it is interesting if not well. I pretty much knew the story of the Weider brothers and their split from the AAU. Overall it is good flick.

It was an ok movie. Something to pass the time. It isn't a true biography though. The "villain" was a composite character of different people so, it's difficult to say what is true or false.
