An easy watch in a B-movie marathon but you'll have forgotten it by the time you're done with the Thanksgiving leftovers. Go to Full Review

This is exactly the kind of thing horror lovers should watch with like-minded friends as the holidays roll around (probably pre-meal, though, thanks to copious amounts of zombie puke). Go to Full Review

It’s an entertaining premise and the cast are all onboard. That’s enough to keep your attention, but not enough to stick in your memory. Go to Full Review

Black Friday is a throwback in the best way ... funny (in a gross way) and gross (in a fun way) - a quick and breezy romp that could be ideal viewing before you head out in search of bargains on that darkest of retail days. Go to Full Review

Brando 11/27/2021 A fun movie that’s basically Superstore meets Army of Darkness. Would absolutely recommend if you’re a fan of Ash vs the Evil Dead, Stan Against Evil, Shaun of the Dead, Santa’s Slay or Return of the Living Dead. See more log M. @LogMan 6d This movie was pretty great. Definitely no Popeye The Slayerman, but still very good. Speaking of Popeye the Slayerman, that’s a movie that you definitely need to watch. That movie really spoke to me because I too am a sailor man who enjoys canned spinach. I liked that one scene where that one guy had that one thing happen to him. Anyways, Black Friday was a fun watch. Highly recommend. 4/5 BOOMS!!!!! Logman’ current top 3: Popeye the Slayerman Minions Black Friday Signed, Logman See more Vegas L @Vegasmovies Dec 8 I don't even understand the mind of the people who made this movie. They clearly never worked a retail job in their life, so why write a movie about retail workers? Most of the characters are unlikable and uninteresting right from the start - Just unnecessary toxic attitudes and behavior that don't give the story anything. The entire movie might have made sense in the 80s - Retail worker tropes, toxic parents, black friday shoppers banging the doors down and throwing every toy possible into their carts - But it makes absolutely zero sense for 2025. Overall I love campy horror but I got halfway through and couldn't handle the cringe overload, this was terrible. This is the retail version of Sharknado. The movie plays off a lot of funny stereotypes and has some great one-liners. The plot itself is poorly written, but amazingly executed by the actors! It gives the vibe of a bunch of actors given the prompt of zombie movies, prosthetics, and plopped in a toy store and end up improvising everything. I loved it. I don't like the movie but have made it my Thanksgiving eve tradition to watch. Would def. Recommend for yourself and let you make your own choice. See more Read all reviews
