Filme: O Protetor Assistido: 12-11-23 Elenco: @anthonyhopkins @missjuliastiles @rayliotta @alexanderludwig Modelo: #suspense #ação Duração: 1h 30m Ano: 2015 Minha opinião: O nome do filme não tem nada haver com o do Denzel Washigton, tanto que em inglês The Equalizer e este é Go With Me ou Blackway. Porém aqui no Brasil colocou o mesmo nome. Talvez por Hopkins fazer o estilo de um protetor, porem sem o estilo Robert MacCall (Denzel). Pois a direça da idade dos atores é grande. Denzel fez o 1º Protetor com 59 anos (2014) enquanto Hopkins 77 anos (2015) temos 18 anos. Então impossível Hopkins ter a mesma desenvoltura de Denzel, tanto que no filme Hopkins tem o ajudante Ludwin (Vikins) para ser a sua força. A estoria começa com Stiles voltando a sua terra natal, no interior dos EUA em uma região meio inóspita. Porem agora temos Liotta que é um ex-policial é um gangster e aterroriza a cidade. E começa uma perseguição por Stiles e ela pede ajuda Hopkins. E assim começa todo enredo do filme, algo que já conhecemos, mas aqui temos Hopkins com idade atuando que a cereja deste bolo ou filme. E com cenas de suspense e perseguição desenrola o filme e na neve. O filme é mediano, sem ressalvas maiores. Liott a que já tem uma fisionomia meio de psicopata ajuda em sua perrformace e a de Stiles que tem um rosto de coitada. Curiosidade e ve novmente juntos contracenando Hopkins e Liotta que fizeram o clássico filme "O Silêncio dos Inocentes" Imperdivel este filme com Jodie Foster e Hopkins como "Hannibal Lecter". Vale apena assistir? Sim ver Hopkins. Nota: 4

Producer-leading actor, Anthony Hopkins is my favourite film performer... Original name of this motion movie, Blackway, 2015 is a award winning novel, Go with Me, by Castle Freeman Jr.... Under an acclaimed Swedish film director, Hans Daniel Björn Alfredson who also directed versions of two parts of the Millennium Trilogy: The Girl Who Played with Fire[2] and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest... Julia Stiles is a well done actress... Hal Holbrook also portrays good...

Julia Stiles returns to her small hometown and becomes harassed by a man named Blackway, a former cop turned crime lord played creepily by Ray Liotta. With the police unwilling to help her she asks a group of town elders for guidance. Anthony Hopkins volunteers to help her out. Not a bad movie despite some plot holes. The cast makes up for its shortcomings. Overall decent.

Ray Liotta pushes the bad-guy envelope almost to the cartoon villain category, but it definitely works in this suspenseful thriller. You might even have nightmares about Liotta after seeing 'Blackway.'
