Because the vampire, the blood sucking immortal are normally narcissistic and don't care about the problems of their FOOD! You look at a movie called "Blood Immortal" you think horror which means the feeling you looking for is fear not a liberal guilt trip. I never thought I'd say this but "The Twilight Saga" understands vampire better than this movie. Vampire movies are no place for SJW commentary. It has no horror and no fun.
