Audience Member Otherwise solid documentary about homegrown craft beer revolution compromised by relentlessly monotonous soundtrack. Grab a cold one and check it out. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member The content of this film makes for a very compelling story; one side shows two eager businessmen who are very enthusiastic about their brewery and how the town supports their effort and on the other side one man who gets beat down by a lawsuit that he wins but ends up with significant costs. Some very good life lessons in this. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Blood Sweat & Beer dose an excellent job capturing the embodiment of the craft beer movement through the eyes of those living it. Building a reputation in the beer industry is easy...Building a great one is the trick. Passion lives in the pint glass of this production. Well done! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a great insight into the craft beer industry and the burgeoning segment of upstarts new to the business. Having been to both of these breweries prior to even knowing about this film I can say that they nailed the ethos of both. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Blood, Sweat & Beer is a top-notch documentary that follows the story of entrepreneurs fulfilling the American Dream. From the first minute, the film pulls at your heartstrings and you are invested in the success of the two breweries. As a millennial, the story of The Gentleman Beer Co. is particularly inspiring as it shows how hard work and an idea can revitalize a town. And, you can't help but cheer for the hometown Ocean City Brewery to get a win! The story of both breweries and the struggles they had to overcome is what makes this documentary so relevant. Overall, this documentary is a 10 out of 10. Hiden and Irvin are truly talented and have a gift for storytelling. Can't wait to see what they come up with next! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member So you thought opening a brewery was easy? Blood, Sweat and Beer is an honest look at what itÂ’s actually like to open a brewery in this day in age. ItÂ’s not all glamor and fun, but if youÂ’re passionate enough about your craft, youÂ’ll do what it takes to succeed - just like the story behind the breweries featured in this extremely well put together documentary!
