Audience Member No chairs managed to escape :( The haunting of margam castle was better cause at least one chair survived that one. Rated 1.5/5 Stars •  Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/03/24 Full Review Jens B BLOODY NEW YEAR starts with our characters going to the fair and getting in trouble (Wales didn't have any safety regulations whatsoever in '87), driving their car + boat trailer through an attraction, then getting on the boat, sinking said boat, and stranding on a deserted(?) island. There, they find an abandoned hotel, decorated for New Year's 1960, which is possessed by (quite friendly aka British) ghosts. Then a whole lot of crazy stuff happens.. Watch this for the "acting", some original kills, possessed hand railings, possessed tables, possessed kitchen, and an overall laid back spooky vibe. Good trash.
