See more Logan M. @LJMack 2d I love a movie set in Detroit, but this was even better than I expected. Darren Weiss gets it…a real Detroit story. A lower class child having to adult way too fast, an opportunity presented and then tragically lost, ending up somewhere in the middle. What’s a film without hope though, and this one sure has it. Weiss and Bruner had really good chemistry, Rasuk and Kober always deliver solid experiences. Good indi flick! Weiss was exceptional in his role, and found myself cheering him on more and more as the movie went on and the plot thickened! Weiss and the producers did a great job representing the city of Detroit, and look forward to seeing more films Weiss is featured in. The casting and growth of the characters as the movie progresses is something special. Weiss seems like a natural in this leading role, I am surprised I haven't seen more of him yet.
