Amy Nicholson FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) I lost my trust for this film. I don't want to be mad at a documentary I agree with, but I don't know who this is for. Jun 8, 2021 Full Review Kevin Maher Times (UK) It's all there, in a busy mega-mix doomsday file that, courtesy mostly of the research scientist Johan Rockstrom (also on camera throughout), warns that our time on Earth is almost up. Rated: 3/5 Jun 7, 2021 Full Review Nick Allen RogerEbert.com This unabashed infomerical is broadly affirming, but now I'm worried about the future of urgent issue documentaries. Rated: 2/4 Jun 4, 2021 Full Review Barbara Shulgasser Common Sense Media The information is good, but it's hard to predict how many will be willing to sit through what sadly amounts to little more than a dull university lecture. Rated: 3/5 Jan 18, 2022 Full Review Aine O'Connor Sunday Independent (Ireland) It's a comprehensive and sobering film. Rated: 4/5 Aug 20, 2021 Full Review Morgan Rojas Cinemacy There can never be too many climate crisis documentaries. Why? Because we haven't solved the problem yet. Lucas B Must watch to understand the real climate issues. Based on science and facts. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Truly inspiring! A landmark in the history of human life on earth. A must see documentary. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member The real deal about what is coming for us Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member A comprehensive look at the challenges that our planet faces. Very moving, great call to action. The waking people animation was a like over used. Thank you David Attenborough and co.! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Unique look at our planet and the boundaries that we may have already crossed that could send it past the point of redemption, in terms of providing a sustainable environment for the thriving of human life. Highly recommended, as while it is full of doom and gloom, it is a comprehensive look at a multifaceted problem and provides some light at the end of the tunnel. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting and frightening - and missing the biggest problem. We have crossed the boundary on population many years ago. It is quite logical that everybody wants a good life, food, work, a family, a house etc. But there are far too many of us and we want too much. To give this ever growing population all it wants and needs has become impossible, the Earth is not big enough. All the issues mentioned are very serious, but nobody dares to say that it starts with too many people. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
