Audience Member This crazy preachy TV movie feels a lot like an updated 50s youth in trouble film. Shatner is way over the top, and the script is outlandish in its naïve sincerity. Overall, very entertaining if you're in the mood for some Shatner fueled cheese. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member This goofy and awkward wannabe after-school special is entertaining enough for its Shat Factor, but you need a strong endurance for iffy dialog and rampant teen/parent stereotypes. Filmed between Star Trek IV and V, William Shatner walks through the role of oblivious patriarch Chuck Coburn as he hunts the mean streets of LA for his drug addled daughter (Playboy's Erika Eleniak). If you love The Shat you'll enjoy Broken Angel, if you don't than give it a pass. VF. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Read all reviews
