Weak plot, awful continuity but it's a caper as described by Francis Rossi. Sound track great and lots of fun. A guilty pleasure for middle aged parents and teenage kids.

Just As Predicted, Bad, Watchable, Enjoyable & I Loved It. Status Quo's First Film Is A Comedy In The Style Of A Classic British Farce, With Classic Jokes & Slapstick Humour. Rick & Francis Witness A Murder & Film It. Soon The Local Mafia Find Out & Their On The Run. This Basic Plot Has Been Used Many Times And Personally I'm Sick Of It, But This Opens Up A Large Playing Field For Comedy. My Advice Is If Your Young Avoid It, Not Unless You Enjoy Classic British Sitcom's. Charged With The Mighty Quo's Music, Including The Catchy Title Track, Which Provides An Excellent Soundtrack For The Film.
