Claudio C @Claudio666 Mar 6 Poor Screenplay (12,313 - 05 Mar 2026) While crossing a desert area of India through a lonely road, the car of Ranojay breaks down and Srijani Sen are stranded. Inspector Prahalad Singh offers a ride to a nearby restaurant, where they could look for a mechanic. They find an ancient castle in the middle of nowhere. The owner, Indrajeet Singh Deo, hosts them in the castle. Soon they have strange nightmares and weird things happen. "Burning Butterflies" (2024) is an Indian horror movie with a good storyline but a poor screenplay. There are several flaws, such as; the ridiculous flashback with the crush of Prahalad and Sri; the married status of Sri; the disappearance of Indrajeet’s brother and mother; the stone falling on the head of Sub Insp Babu and the way he handles his pistol; the coincidence of Prahalad meeting Sri in a remote area. But the conclusion with the twister and quicksand is awfully ridiculous. My vote is six. Title (Brazil): "Borboletas em Chamas" ("Burning Butterflies") See more Read all reviews
