Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com The production has Tom Skerritt, who delivers a reasonably committed performance, matched well with Sharon Stone, who works hard to keep herself distanced from the ogling nature of the picture. Rated: B- Jun 23, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Jeff M This is an average made for television mystery that feels like an elongated episode of something you'd see on LAW AND ORDER or NCIS or CSI or whatever those shows are that I've never seen. There's not a lot of suspense here and not a lot of drama, but there is certainly a bit of nostalgic fun in seeing the big hair and shoulder pads of the mid-1980s. Skerritt is one of the great underrated character actors of the last few decades - he was Sally Field's husband in STEEL MAGNOLIAS and won an Emmy for the wonderful series PICKET FENCES. It's nice to see him in a leading role, and he is reliably strong and believable in his performance. There is also a considerable amount of fun in watching a pre-BASIC INSTINCT Stone sharpen her femme fatale chops here, although her performance is probably not one she has highlighted in her resume over the years. And let's face it - any movie that features Rip Taylor and Alan Thicke can't be all that uninteresting. This is what I refer to as a rainy day movie - something to watch when you don't want to get out in bad weather, and if you end up taking a nap while it's playing, you won't feel the least bit guilty. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/24 Full Review Audience Member TV MOVIE. Above Average. This gets above average because it is such a perfect time capsule of 80's kitsch. Glorious cheesy synthesizer music, over the top make-up and cheesy clothing , and starring Sharon Stone before she knew how to act. ABC 4/8/1984 Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member I don't know why Tom Skerrit, the star of the movie, isn't in the cast on here, but he is pretty boring anyways. This TV movie has a predictable plot that we've seen before, but at least the ending is a little different. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Rather routine multi-murder mystery has magazine publisher Robert Culp (I Spy) behind a series of multiple murders by the calendar, month by month. Features Robert Culp (of 60's television series I Spy fame) and lead actor Tom Skerrit as Detective Stoner(recognizable veteran tv and movie actor but never a big star). Never knew why he didn't do better. A now older Robert Morse (from How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying) becomes a suspect. This is a typical, slow 80's television grade movie which maintains some interest if you can stay with it. Skeritt as Detective Stoner does a respectable job as the detective the scene. ********************************** Actors in alphabetical order: Barbara Bosson Robert Beltran Robert Culp (telvision actor from I Spy series) Pat Corley Michael C.
