Audience Member A horrible student film level production about how stupid and desperate people can be. Predictable, very poorly acted, and unredeemable. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Something is missing in this thriller. The story is not developed and the directing is not something you will miss. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Ugly and monotonous, California Scheming is a poorly made psychological thriller. The story follows a young girl who seduces two high school boys and manipulates them into carrying out her nefarious schemes. The acting is atrocious, and the directing is even worse. The sets look incredibly cheap, the cinematography is bad, and the sound mixing is awful. But worst of all is the dour and sadistic tone, which is extremely off-putting. Nihilistic garbage, California Scheming doesn't have anything to say and fails to entertain. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Dumbest movie I've seen in years Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Just a bunch of crazy annoying & dumbass teenagers doing dark(see dumb) shit. Can't believe a watched this. In my defence the genre said it is a "thriller" but still jokes on me.
