Aender S 05/08/2024 The plot is good and interesting. Acting too, albeit the school theatre director is totally overacting. There is one thing off in this film though: When Camille is back in the past, the cars and common day objects are real ones from the 1980s, but almost all are in mint condition, no wear and totally clean. The 80's setting is pretty wasted and I don't think it worked having her appearance stay the same even though she's meant to have reverted back to her teenage self. Not as funny or interesting as it sounded. It's a shame. Although it's a little bit weird that Camille returns to her 16 years old life looking 40, the scenes placed in the 80s are quite entertaining and have great dialogues. This is not a brilliant or remarkable movie but it will make you laugh a lot. The film surely has a predictable plot - her attempts to change the events that she knows are going to happen in the future - but some clever twists and turns, and not least the humour, keeps the viewer's attention.
