Nothing is exceptional even if everything remains correct. See more 02/20/2018 Basically a mad psycho/slasher type movie set in a jungle. There is a vague disheveled invocation of a leftist popular uprising lurking somewhere in this film, but any political context is lost to the gratuitous violence. I think this effort might have aimed for something like Oliver Stone's Salvador, retold with a female lead. Instead we get loud & tense standard psycho-on-the-loose music with a damsel in distress lost in the rain forest. See more 02/18/2018 A lackluster thriller with a rather unlikable lead.
