thiago s @Thiagostone Mar 23 Filme mais ou menos, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são mais ou menos, esse capitão América tá mais para policial do que um capitão América mesmo, o filme não tem uma história boa, e tem mais cenas de diálogos do que cenas de ação, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, a história é fraca, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores, o que salvou foi justamente as cenas do capitão América, como a cena em que ele salvou a bolsa de uma velha e dois caras, e teve outras cenas mais ou menos dele. Despite being a comic book fan, I found this TV movie a chore. The plot is thin and underdeveloped, dragging on far too long. The quality is subpar on every level, with glaring inaccuracies compared to the comics. The outfit is atrocious; I especially hate that helmet and shield. Steve Rogers is portrayed as weird and cringe-worthy rather than heroic, and the lead actor’s performance is painfully poor. The only saving grace is Christopher Lee, who brings his usual gravitas to the role of the villain. I'm always thrilled to see Lee on screen, and he’s the lone bright spot in this otherwise dismal production. Unfortunately, even his talents can't redeem the anticlimactic ending. If you’re a die-hard comic book fan like me, you might endure it, but don’t expect much. See more 06/06/2020 This sequel film returns Reb Brown and some of the original cast (Connie Sellecca took over for Heather Menzies as "Dr. Wendy Day").... This time Cap deals with a scene stealing Christopher Lee who has a plan to use a chemical agent to prematurely age the city of Portland to death if the government doesn't give into his demands. Lee alone makes this better than the first film and the story is a bit more interesting... even if it leans too much on Brown's wooden acting.. There are also some incredibly bad fight scenes, and Cap's plastic shield looks like a toy most of the time. Still hammy Chris Lee gets this one 1 1/2 stars. See more Read all reviews
