Sarah G Love The Hannah Swensen Mystery stories. I hope Hallmark keeps creating these stories. Love the chemistry between Mike and Hannah, so I didn't like of the ending. I hope the writers put them back together. Happy Watching Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/16/23 Full Review First, I love all the Hannah Swenson Murder She Baked Movies. They are so much fun, and the cast work and interact together so well. I love the little affects they all have, and I love Hannahs mothers jog walk with the movement of her hands adding to the overall character she plays. I love her craziness and her love for her daughters, whom she drives crazy with her overbearing personality and love. This Hannah Swenson movie is my least favorite, and one I probably won't watch again. It was serious, and there was none of the fun from the previous movies. There was no relationship interaction between the characters, and there was really nothing but working on the murder case. Nothing. And frankly this talented cast doesn't do serious well, without the fun. I hope the next one is better, and is in alignment with the first six movies. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/29/23 Full Review Kathleen C I'm still having some trouble getting used to the new sister we didn't see/meet until the previous movie. I liked the movie but I'm sad about the ending. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/22/23 Full Review Jennifer W TERRIBLE ending on this one. I was really looking forward to watching it, but ugh. It was so disappointing. Who are the writers? Not good. Where is the character depth/charm from the earlier movies? The dynamic between Mike and Hannah was completely different in this one and not in a good way. Mike was reduced to a mannequin like bystander in the story & acted totally out of character. A total waste of a great actor. I am an avid fan of this series, but this one is really a letdown. It makes me sad after enjoying the others so much, especially the first three. I'm learning that any Hallmark movie made after around 2018 is not as good. The best years were 2005-2018ish. The sets were better, writing better, and the movies just had a different vibe. The way they film now feels hollow and sterile. We go to Hallmark for COZY and HEARTWARMING! It seems not as much thought or care go into these movies anymore. I hope Hallmark gets back to the creativity and warmth their movies once had. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/10/23 Full Review Tiffany G Review: https://wp.me/p65txm-dRV/#HannahSwensen Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/03/23 Full Review Tess G It was awful. The writer should be fired. Very childish. I know the characters are fictional, but really come on. Give the audience some intelligence. Hannah character is a baker not a detective.
