Simon T The only reason to watch most Carry Ons is for the expertise of a group of talented light comedians wrestling with a duff script. This is one of the early ones. A negligible story has Sid James running an employment agency and sending his recruits to various completely implausible jobs - Kenneth Williams taking a chimp for a walk, Joan Sims helping out at a wine-tasting, Charles Hawtrey assisting at a boxing match. Nothing much happens and the only smiles come from a couple of appearances by the great Stanley Unwin. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 08/12/23 Full Review martin a A wonderful funny Carry on film with an outstanding cast, some great Cameos from the movie world. The story centers around an agency that gives out a variety of different jobs, helping hands is the agency. The nice thing about this film is that each cast member gets a story based around the job. And of course, things go wrong, A funny and wonderful film Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member massively underated and funny clip film Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review bill t I thought this was actually quite cute! A very simple premise, the carry on gang joins a temp agency, and they all get sent out on wacky odd jobs, hilarity ensues! A very fun sit through.
