Jens B Kaito Kid wants to steal Fabergé eggs. Conan, Mori, and Ran travel to Osaka, Heiji even gets to help for a bit, and the Detective Boys make things worse, as always. And to make matters worse, a murderer is on the loose, shooting out his victims' right eyes. The third Conan film feels nicely rounded, with the individual sequences well distributed among the large cast. The references to the Russian Empire and the finale in a castle of European architecture give the "Last Wizard of the Century" a lovely atmosphere. And will Ran uncover Conan's secret this time?
