Steve D A bit of a mixed bag but the cast makes it work. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/16/23 Full Review Russ Dated Chick Flick with hunk James Garner as the eye candy for the ladies trying to rob the cradle of Natalie Wood. The hokey dialog gets tiresome fast; I "cashed" this one in at the 39 minute mark. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/30/23 Full Review ashley h Cash McCall is a fantastic film. It is about a wealthy hotshot who makes his money by purchasing unsuccessful businesses and whipping them into shape and then selling them for a huge profit. James Garner and Natalie Wood give excellent performances. The screenplay is good but a little slow in places. Joseph Penvney did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed this motion picture because of the drama and romance. Cash McCall is a must see. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. The sets, wardrobes, script and story are top notch. Its a movie for an intelligent mind and a must see for those who have one. The movie is a melodrama which means very uplifting ending. Enjoy! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member It works because of Garner and Wood. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member Surprisingly not as bad as expected. This movie is rare and difficult to find. Good luck in finding it. My former 60+ colleague is obsessed with this film, believing he is the present embodiment of the lead character. He tried to acquire the rights to this film with a view to producing a modern remake. Unfortunately, he did not score the deal...I guess he wasn't exactly a "Cash McCall"!!
