An interesting concept, but just not expansive enough. Doesn't really delve into much. We miss the human story here. It's more like a compilation of screen tests and that gets a bit old. We need a little more rooting interest in this doc.

The idea seemed interesting, but the movie never really pays off. It is a bit unrelenting with high-strung expectation just pouring off the actresses all the time. The little musical bits are nice, but not enough on their own to relax the feel. More information on the people doing the casting would have been nice (like you know, any at all), maybe some shots of the waiting room or something.
