      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

Smart, suitably nasty, and well-cast, Catfight lands narrative punches just as fast and hard-hitting as the physical violence doled out onscreen.

Nicholas H The only movie that comes off the top of my head as worse was John Leguizamo's the Pest. One dimensional characters living in a universe of forced symmetry fighting to the death over a slight we're not even let in on because it took place before the movie even started. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/24 Full Review Pattie W You might guess from the title there's some girls fighting. If you want to watch girls slugging it out, this one's for you. if you're looking for nuance, redemption, warm fuzzy feelings, witty banter - keep swiping. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/29/23 Full Review Gareth v This nasty yet funny movie gets by just on the performance of it's leads, particularly Sandra Oh. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/22/23 Full Review azeem h Highly entertaining with fantastic performances from the two leads. Genuinely laugh out loud. The message at the heart of it is money doesn't buy happiness and you have to try and find your own happiness otherwise you will become bitter. Definitely one for those who have a dry sense of humour. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/11/23 Full Review Andrea W I started this for Sandra Oh and finished it because I needed closure. I didn't get it. Too bad. But hey, the satire of political upheaval still holds true today. Cleverly written, kinda annoying… Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/06/23 Full Review mitra s Horrible violent movie. One of the worst movies I've seen. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Candice Frederick Reel Talk Online Both these actresses deserve better than this. Mar 22, 2017 Full Review Tara Brady Irish Times By the time Catfight recycles its punchline for the third time, the power has gone out of its punch. But we'll never say no to a one-joke movie as long as it's a good joke. Rated: 3/5 Mar 17, 2017 Full Review Wendy Ide Observer (UK) As troubling as it is punchily entertaining. Rated: 3/5 Mar 12, 2017 Full Review Erica Peplin Vague Visages What Catfight lacks in sanity, it makes up for in the sheer exuberance of Sandra Oh and Anne Heche. Dec 5, 2023 Full Review Jason Adams My New Plaid Pants A Jean Claude Van Damme story told with Nicole Holofcener characters, and it's... unsettling. Deeply Jul 6, 2021 Full Review Matthew St. Clair Film Inquiry Catfight is a satire that contains a biting wit that hits from the minute the movie begins. Oct 14, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews
