Adam Smith
Time Out
It's when the viewer's response mirrors that of the filmed audience - jaw dropping as terrifying clowns urge you to 'get high' - that Smith's ability to connect becomes inarguable.

A concert movie with a difference, director Adam Smith captures The Chemical Brothers' live show in all its psychedelic splendor. Blistering, cinematic ecstasy.

A fine showcase for the musical prowess and showmanship of the Chemical Brothers, yet lacks the heat, sweat and heart-pounding, universal intensity of the live festival experience.

'Don't Think' is probably the best encapsulation ever recorded of the clubbing generation's live experience. That feeling of the senses being overwhelmed and reality becoming unhinged is at the heart of this movie.

An absolutely epic performance from the legendary Chemicals! The only thing I did not like was not having as good a TV and sound system I would have liked to do this real justice - stunning!

A dashingly interesting-as-hell concert film. The only flaw, really, is that it randomly attempts to string together a narrative here-and-there that either never works or distracts from the music, both of which are damning traits.
