We're at the start of a long-overdue conversation about stillbirth, but Rice enters it with the same tact and compassion she witnesses in those medical professionals her film elevates to the status of everyday heroes... Go to Full Review

10/19/2018 So the earlier 'Still Loved' struggled and ultimately failed to find a terrestrial TV broadcast but this film which covers a lot of similar territory has managed it (presumably thanks to some backing from Amanda Holden who narrates). The conversation in the public about baby loss is so overdue it's unreal so we need works like this and the discussions around it to progressively normalise the discussion. We follow 3 couples, one in subsequent pregnancy, one carrying twins who are about to receive some bad news and one couple who have just received the bad news. I saw a lot of similarities in personal experiences we've been through and probably empathised with the twins couple the most. For a lot of viewers though I can imagine this is an eye opening entry into a world they've never known and hopefully never will, it's an essential documentary. See more Read all reviews
