Audience Member The images are graphic and disturbing. A social commentary on child prostitution and organ trafficking, its depressing theme is handled well by director Sakamoto. While it does play out like a cheap b-movie, you can still get emotionally attached to it. Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Touching the traditionally taboo-ed topics of the film industry, the scriptwriters waltzed around in the most forbidden areas of the booming tourism industry of southeast asia. **SPOILER ALERT** The dark endings give such a traumatizing impact on the movie as whole that creeps its audience for a prolonged period of time after watching. Surprisingly a very star-filled cast was willing to venture into this type of dark, almost documentary-like genre. Audacious and bold. Just skim through the movie to watch these juicy strangely erotic bits. The film is too long to make them worth it. It takes you into the dark underworld of child exploitation. It was graphic and gruesome. I had to take my time watching it. I would suggest not eating while you watch this movie.
