We lived on Christmas card Lane, on Ellingham in San Diego for 25 years. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_Card_Lane Thank goodness there were no enforcers like this movie has. Very enjoyable plot. Well written, well acted. Excellent twist in the ending. Definitely worth your time.
