Even if you put all the Manic Pixie stuff aside, Clara is still a frustrating experience. Go to Full Review

While the movie's morose mysticism is tolerable enough, once "Clara" starts arguing for following feelings instead of data, it puts on its own tinfoil hat. Go to Full Review

Bogged down in endless philosophical and scientific discussions filled with technical jargon about such subjects as "quantum entanglement," Clara forgets to have anything resembling a compelling plot. Or an original one. Go to Full Review

See more Dale G 07/31/2024 Loved this film…superb acting all thru nice little gem ignore the critics they got it wrong again See more Ross M 04/22/2024 This was a lovely, heartfelt film. You only have to look at the audience scores for this in comparison with the critics to see there's something wrong with the latter. Is it because from a certain POV this is a religious film? Or from another POV did they miss that contact had in fact been made early in the film? The beauty of the film is little is explained or on the surface and you can pick your own answers - it replicates the mysteries of space. See more Read all reviews
