Small-town teen Jane (Lois January) meets Nick (Noel Madison), a dapper hoodlum who introduces her to cocaine, which he calls "headache powder." Jane gets hooked on Nick and his product, and they run off to the city. Once they marry, Nick turns abusive, and Jane becomes a performer in a cocaine-linked café. There, she runs into her brother, who came to the city to bring her back home but is now addicted to cocaine himself. The encounter inspires Jane to try to save others from her own fate.

07/16/2016 the cocaine version of 'reefer madness' See more 10/09/2010 wow is this tax payer money at work in the 30's?? See more 01/17/2007 5.5/10. The plot is a bit far fetched, but I still found it interesting to watch. What hurts the film the most is the wooden and amateurish acting. It is exagerrated, but it makes it's point loud and clear.
