Marco D ad un certo momento non ho più capito una mazza Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/14/23 Full Review Ed O This had the chance to be a half decent movie but failed spectacularly. The two lead characters attempts trying to be "cool" are almost laughable. The script is cliched & the back story is weak & just doesn't connect on any level. The "acting" is hammy at best & there is a serious amount of padding…there just isn't a story Awful shite Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/12/23 Full Review Bobby W I mean, I sat through the whole movie so there's that. But otherwise, it's a movie about a dude who saves a stripper who's ex drug lord husband is in prison. He's such a hero. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 08/18/22 Full Review Audience Member This movie gave me a Made-for-TV vibe. I did enjoy the movie, but I didn't like the way it ended. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member i'm finding myself fast forwarding quite a bit. it's sort of like a worse, male centric version of "buffaloed" with too many redundant and drawn out stripclub scenes. there were some solid plot elements and the writing is pretty good, but the protagonist is unlikeable and unrelatable because all of his immoral and violent behavior basically renders the audience unable to feel sympathetic for the trauma he endured. all of the emotional/romantic scenes were boring and two dimensional. the ex con he hires/whose dad he is extorting is the only likeable character thus far, as the stripper/gf doesn't have any room for personality in the script outside of being a mother with financial problems. overall, this is not nearly as bad as a 17%, but i wouldn't rate it higher than a 50-55% just because it lacks depth and follow through on many story elements, and the conclusion is unbelievably coincidental. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Messy guys buying off old debts to collect on them and a woman that gets trapped in the middle. The head collector falls for her, and things should get interesting....but they don't. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Jennie Kermode Eye for Film Despite its structural problems, this is a solid little thriller which carries more weight because of its focus on characters who have limited power and a lot to lose. Rated: 3/5 Sep 23, 2021 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews An unconvincing formulaic melodrama about the business of buying and selling debt by a seedy collection agency. Rated: C Sep 20, 2021 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Moviegoers will be owed a debt after watching this ill-conceived thriller that lacks conviction in trying to generate sympathy for its unscrupulous financial predators. Sep 18, 2021 Full Review Gary M. Kramer MovieJawn The film is like "bad paper": it has a high risk of default. Sep 17, 2021 Full Review Mark Dujsik Mark Reviews Movies Todd M. Friedman's screenplay doesn't care about the country's debt crisis any more than it cares about crafting a believable drama or thriller. Rated: 1.5/4 Sep 16, 2021 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com Palka gets the endeavor going with engrossing displays of mental illness, but crude editing eventually kills whatever vision she originally had for the material.
