Ann Ross Maclean's Magazine The story lightly skips a couple of hundred years, and we are right in the midst of one of those college musicals which are as completely unlike anything in college as they are exactly like each other. Apr 1, 2019 Full Review Michael E. Grost Classic Film and Television Cheerful musical, with inventive Raoul Walsh style and nice touches of fantasy images. Jul 17, 2009 Full Review Read all reviews

Chris M Another 30s movie that is more joke base than character or plot base. The jokes move the story forward instead of the plot producing the jokes But Bob Hope in another early role is great and it's cool to see George Burns, Gracie Allen and Bob Hope share the screen the together. The jokes are good but the movie can be forgettable if not the for cast. Overall, it's not perfect but still great. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/17/24 Full Review Steve D Absolutely no one is given anything to do. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Enjoyable screwball musicomedy in Paramount's seemingly endless series of 1930s college movies. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie has great actors, but they don't really work together, so it's like watching two different movies sometimes. The ending is the best part. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Well-cast nonsense one of many teamings of Burns and Allen and Hope and Raye. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Great cast can't beat it Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Read all reviews
