I love all Columbo movies and episodes Rated 5/5 Stars •  Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member The Columbo murder mystery Ashes to Ashes is an intriguing thriller. When an investigative reporter goes missing Lt. Columbo is tasked with finding her, and before long he starts to suspect a shady funeral director. Patrick McGoohan returns to the series once again and gives a very strong performance. However, the writing is rather poor and doesn't bring a lot of suspense or danger to the film. Still, there's a nice mixture of comedy and the plot is pretty interesting. Ashes to Ashes has some weaknesses, but it still has the Columbo charm. Rated 5/5 Stars •  Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member This I thought was the best out of the ones I have seen the all idea of the detective trying to compare the lipstick to the one on the hankercheif to see if it matches each other and the all idea of that woman who went to the funeral and she changed her lipstick at night. The acting was done great in this I thought the story was better than the others it wasn't slow but perhaps more detail was needed to get the full 5 stars.This film didn't wow me and I wouldn't say it was outstanding but I found it more decent than t he others. Overall there are many columbo movies out there to watch but if you have time try checking out this one.I have seen about 8 so far and I could of seen more because they always get shown on tele but I do like having a change.
