Nell Minow Movie Mom Dated, very dated, but a few good laughs. Rated: 3/5 Oct 2, 2004 Full Review Clyde Gilmour Maclean's Magazine The laughs, in my own experience, are meagre rather than abundant in this "Jewish family" comedy starring Frank Sinatra as a not-quitc-fortyish bachelor who coaches his adolescent brother in the folkways of a playboy's life. Lisa K This is a *terrible* movie. I mean, it's bad. Between the buffoonish men and vapid women and Jewish stereotypes there is something here to turn off everyone. Then we are supposed to suspend belief that 50 year old Sinatra and 20 year old Tony Bill are Jewish brothers. Finally, they stick...a bad song in the middle of it? WTF? Do not waste your time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/28/24 Full Review steve d Dated is the nicest thing I can say about it. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review ashley h Come Blow Your Horn is a decent film. It is about Buddy Baker arrives unannounced at the luxurious Manhattan apartment of his older brother, Alan. Frank Sinatra and Lee J. Cobb give good performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Bud Yorkin did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the humor and music. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member really hard 2 believe Sinatra a Catholic as a Jewish brother Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member ***Due to the recent RT changes that have basically ruined my past reviews, I am mostly only giving a rating rather than a full review.*** Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Sinatra is once again the swinging bachelor. A must see. On Blu-ray. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
