Audience Member Nurse Susan Manning is hired to work with mental patients but quickly finds The Institute a less than reputable place to be employed. She is tricked into committing herself. She is trapped there and struggles to prove her sanity among the insane. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member A nurse ends up committing herself to a mental institute when she thinks she is being hired on for employment. An important lesson to always read forms and the fine print before signing papers. Ultimately ridiculous premise but watchable. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member If this film started Five minutes later then it did, then it might have been that much more interesting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member If this film started Five minutes later then it did, then it might have been that much more interesting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Great beginning, typical plot: A nurse takes a job in a mental clinic & "accidently" signs herself in as a patient. She has to find someone in authority to believe she is a nurse to get out, but she cant tell the staff from the patients. IMDB says it was released in the 90's but it certainly feels like a late 70's-early 80's flick, esp with Jennifer ONeill & Ron Pallilo.
