When Mickey (Christopher McDonald) returns to the police force after a long hiatus, he has his sights set on shady businessman Gideon (Judd Nelson). Everyone knows that Gideon peddles drugs and sex and sells stolen cars. When Mickey's son, Jason (Gregory Alan Harris), is framed for murder, Mickey is set to prove that Gideon is behind it all. In his search for justice and revenge, Mickey is willing to do anything, and he's determined to shut Gideon down forever.
