Audience Member Good watch, could watch again, and can recommend. I'm not a big fan of any of the cast, but this is a great concept, and they actually do a great job in not only their roles, but creating the atmosphere needed to sell the situation. It really is an ever evolving puzzle of dilemmas all the way to the end of the movie. The biggest problem I have with it is the social-economic concept of getting married they throw in. A moral quandry of time invested vs legal responsibility sort of throws off the pacing of the movie a bit, but adds to the humor as I imagine is intended. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review bryan b Classic must kill to cover up a kill to cover up a kill and hijinks along the way. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member I really liked it Tyler Labine was great Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member i actually thought this was kinda funny. it's not bad at all. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A misguided attempt to recreate 'Weekend At Bernie's' and cash in on Labine's 'Tucker & Dale vs. Evil' success - unfortunately, it's no where near as good as the latter, or even the former! Says it's a "drama / action / comedy" - I'd say neither of the first two and only a little of the comedy. it tries, but ends up just being not funny or scary - both bad things for a black comedy. Ackerman was OK, but no real reasoning behind her slowly-revealed malevolence. Poor ending ending too. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Pretty fun little horror comedy. Much in the style of Tucker and Dale. Doesn't quite reach the highs of that movie, but there's some good bits in it. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Radheyan Simonpillai NOW Toronto The premise is promising, but this Canadian effort squanders it like the spoilsport who spends his time up north watching old VHS tapes. Aug 21, 2018 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com Moments of delicious insanity, but screenwriter Boxen can't sustain the frantic tone, leaving the feature top heavy instead of building to a devastatingly funny and frightful conclusion.
