Nicholas Bell IONCINEMA.com Initially conceived as a soft-core porno, Kelljan eventually crafted this into a sort of Bram Stoker parody, although not everyone involved in the production seemed to be aware of this. Rated: 2/5 Oct 20, 2020 Full Review Christopher Machell CineVue A creaky but charming entry into the genre. Rated: 3/5 Jan 17, 2017 Full Review Matt Brunson Creative Loafing Quarry's commanding performance and some offbeat touches make this a worthy fang flick. Rated: 3/4 Nov 4, 2015 Full Review Steve Biodrowski ESplatter Yorga may not be a very refined film, but it packs a lot of attitude ... Jul 4, 2008 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews Offers some fresh blood into the dried-up genre. Rated: C+ May 20, 2008 Full Review Mark Bourne DVDJournal.com Yorga's Southern California styles and setting are now Brady Bunch retro-chic, while its self-conscious exploitation of the era's newly liberated 'free love' attitudes has in 30 years slid from being cool to quaint. CodyZamboni Mostly lame horror film. The title vampire has menace, but dumb supporting characters, cheap looking production values, and awkwardly staged action, make this an underwhelming mess. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 08/05/23 Full Review dauri f The movie was poorly written, the actors were TV actors, from shows like Star Trek ect.. Count Yorga was unappealing and very least intriguing. It really was a snoozefest. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/30/22 Full Review beth m Best horror movie ever, superb acting. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Unoriginal violent scenes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review bill t I thought this movie was fun for the most part. Had a good strong beginning, became really slow and talky in the middle, but picked up in the end, with a few jumps thrown in for good measure. All the actors are fine. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Absolutely the scariest movie I saw as a kid, it seemed so real, it had a contemporary setting, when most V movies went for the classic era. So gritty it's almost punk. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
