Audience Member Terrorist have hijacked a Russian nulear submarine. Thankfully a member of the US medical corps (and former intelligence agent) is on board as part of a friendly exchange program between the former Superpowers. With Dudikoff and Fred Olen Ray in tow, solid results were inevitable for a film that plays out much the same way Under Siege did. Michael Dudikoff is as watchable as ever, but unfortunately this movie is quite weak. It really is a 'b' movie version of 'Under Siege' with numerous cheesy scenes.
