Les M Lousy Christmas film with Howard Hesseman and Andrea Roth. It has an absurd premise. Hesseman plays a wealthy guy who decides to break unsettling news to Roth related to her parents. Roth plays a poor, single mom who drives a limo for a living. Hesseman hires her to drive him around on Christmas Eve Day (forcing her to be away from her small child). If that's not stupid enough, he then proceeds to start handing out hundred-dollar bills to random people around New York City in order to draw attention to himself and make the local TV news. Roth's acting is decent, which is the only redeeming thing about this movie. This wouldn't even pass for a decent 2-part TV episode from a second-rate sitcom.
