This is the first film I've ever watched that didn't have a wrong take on mental health. I think it's a very sensitive topic and it deserves the respect it's shown by the portrayal of each character, both on how they're written and performed. I honestly think everyone should watch films like this one, maybe they'd be more sensitive to people who deal with these issues IRL. Brilliant.

Can a person fall in love with someone who is crazy? and when I say crazy I don't mean a person who has fun or does funny things. I talk about a person with mental diseases. This Spain Netflix movie that was released recently and was directed by Javier Gutierrez, show us throught a romantic comedy the magic of love and passion between a woman with different mental disorders and a magazine writer. They met in a bar during a fun night, they spent the night together without giving their numbers and even names. After having the best date of his life, he decided to look for her and he suddenly realized she was in a mental hospital. It doesn't take a lot of time for him to join the mental center as a "crazy man" and jump into the adventure of rescuing her. A story that teaches us the empathy and respect we should have with people that are struggling with mental illness as bipolarity or obsessive compulsive disorder, among others. I recommend this film. It's not only a funny and romantic one as others. It doesn't show the typical guy trying to win a woman. It carries a message. In my opinion all the story invites us to stop judging people and instead of that, understanding and giving them support. It's a call to be aware of it. They are also worthy people, they can teach us and bring us happiness.
