Audience Member Crazy Murder is a surreal collection of set pieces of a deranged man killing people on the street of New York City. Nobody notices him though because he is homeless, and severely mentally ill, so he keeps on killing. The production values for this movie were phenomenal considering the budget was $5000, and the practical effects really shine. However, I found the movie to be very monotonous. He does some crazy stuff, then kills people. Then mopes around, does some more crazy stuff, and then kills more people. There is no real resolution, development, or even effort in making the antagonist identifiable of even likable. I believe the filmmakers want us to realize that people are out there, that no one ever sees because of our own 'filters', but still, this just didn't work. Kevin Kenny did do his job well, and was quite believable as a very disturbed person lost in the streets of NYC. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews
