Synopsis
At the end of World War I, veteran Tom Allen (Tom Keene) returns home and finds that the mine he ran before the war has become a den of corruption. One of the mine owners is the father of Tom's girlfriend, Pat Plummer (Betty Furness), and he feels both professionally and personally compelled to steer the business on a straighter path. Aided by fellow ex-soldier Ed Wimpy (Edgar Kennedy), Tom takes on the crooked businessmen, but he soon realizes it'll be a dangerous chore.
