David F 05/27/2024 This documentary about a disturbed individual who stole a tank and drove it around a suburb aspires to link its subject to the vicissitudes of the defense industries that proliferated around California after WWII but it mostly is just a sad tale of a downwardly spiralling man who ended up as the lead story on the evening news after he carried out his audacious and crazy tank theft.
