Daddy Issues is not the laugh-out-loud rom-com it had likely aspired to be, yet it's just charming enough to make you wish it were better.

Tedious and derivative ... It won't stand out from the pack of low-budget indie flicks that are hopelessly amateurish in concept and execution. Worst of all, the movie wastes a potentially great opportunity to do a hilarious 'fish out of water' story.

Henrietta is me. Trying too hard in a world that swirls around her like a tornado. This is the first film I've seen Kimberley Datnow in, but I definitely want to see more. Her chemistry with Nolan, played by a sexy Tanner Rittenhouse, is pure gold. The quirky direction adds to this very watchable film.
