Audience Member The story of two brothers (one autistic) who are wrestling with their family history is a profoundly moving tale of fathers, sons, and overcoming the mistakes of you parents. It’s one of the greatest existential docs I’ve ever seen that is both inspiringly funny yet soberingly honest. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member This excellent documentary features the wealthy Murray family and centers on their brother and son, Chris, an adult with Austism. The film is narrated by brother Tom and provides a detailed account of the family history including specific anecdotes which are both funny and sad as well as details about the educational services Chris received. It tells the story of the family's journey taking care of and helping Chris to become a sweet natured and talented adult on the spectrum. The story is both heartwarming and heartbreaking but ultimately hopeful. Although the narration can be rather wordy, the message is clear and the film provides a glimpse into the lives of the members of this family as they raise their child to become a functional adult in society. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Simply loved this documentary. I laughed and cried. Life is beautiful... Thank you for this precious gem. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Just okay. Kind of overdone, or affected I guess. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member A bittersweet tale that is made all the better by seeing it through his brothers eyes. Moving. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Well done documentary that will tear at your heart while making you thankful for that special person in your life (if you were lucky enough) that was always there for you.
